Yes, we provide professional racket assembly. If you purchase a blade and rubbers together, our experts will glue and cut them for you free of charge upon request.
What is your return policy on equipment?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Please note that custom-assembled rackets and opened rubber sheets cannot be returned.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while expedited options are available at checkout.
Are all your products 100% authentic?
Absolutely. We are an authorized dealer for all major brands including Butterfly, DHS, Nittaku, and Donic, guaranteeing genuine products sourced directly from manufacturers.
Do you ship table tennis tables internationally?
Due to their size and weight, tables are currently only available for shipping within the contiguous United States via specialized freight carriers.
